Peloton Equipment Handling Statement

Peloton recommends that all service, disassembly, and reassembly of their equipment be performed by an authorized Peloton technician whenever possible. Attempting to service Peloton bikes, treadmills, or related products without a certified technician, or using a third party, may void manufacturer warranties and active service agreements.

To ensure safe transport and proper operation, RT Relocation strongly encourages clients to arrange for a Peloton technician to professionally disassemble the equipment prior to the move and reassemble and calibrate it after delivery. These products contain sensitive mechanical and electronic components that may require specialized handling and adjustment.

While our crews take great care when handling all household goods, RT Relocation cannot be responsible for any mechanical, electronic, calibration, or performance-related issues that may arise when Peloton equipment is moved without certified service before and/or after transport.

If a customer requests that RT Relocation personnel perform disassembly or reassembly, such services will be completed strictly at the customer’s request and entirely at the customer’s risk. RT Relocation and its team assume no liability for any resulting damage, malfunction, or warranty concerns. Additionally, if at any point our crew determines that the equipment requires specialized handling beyond standard moving services, the customer will be responsible for arranging a certified Peloton technician to complete the work.
