On your scheduled moving day, your professional RT Relocation crew will arrive between 8 AM – 10 AM. RT Relocation will provide a two-hour window to account for any traffic or mechanical issues that may arise; however, under typical conditions, the crew almost always arrives at around 8:30 AM. We want our moving crew fresh, ready, and at their best for every move.

Once our expertly trained, licensed and insured moving crew arrives at your doorstep, you will see that they are professional, personable, and polite. Each of our crew members wears the RT Relocation uniform, so rest-assured if they are wearing that uniform, they deserve to be. It guarantees they have the right experience and the right attitude. If you’ve paid for a full-service move, which includes packing, the movers will get right to work grouping your items together for packing. If, however, you have packed the majority of your belongings they will then get started on packing any furniture or other large, fragile items using the appropriate packing materials, boxes and containers to do so. The safety of your items is of utmost importance, so where necessary, items will be pad wrapped and if previously discussed, any custom-built storage containers (crates) will be used.
